The Role

Our cafe crew need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our cafe crew is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Produce high quality coffee and full range of cafe beverages
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers 
  • Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
  • Ability to produce high quality food
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Cash handling and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the venue's peak periods
