The Position
Engage with your customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied

Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean

The ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings

Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
The Person
Hold a valid blue card

We’re after experienced barista’s (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees

Professional presentation 

Excellent communication skills

Strong work ethic and reliability - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team

Barista Qualification

1 years' experience as Barista
