We’re on the hunt for a passionate and driven Bartender to join our team, crafting memorable guest experiences through exceptional drinks and warm hospitality that reflect Melbourne’s vibrant bar culture.

As a Bartender, you’ll take ownership of your bar station, delivering consistently high-quality beverages and service. You’ll work closely with the bar and floor teams to uphold our standards, contribute to a collaborative and creative environment, and help shape a venue that’s as dynamic as the city itself.

TFE Hotels, in collaboration with The Mulberry Group, will operate five distinct venues under one roof—each designed to reflect Melbourne’s layered food and drink culture while adding something new to the mix.
