Job Summary

  1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes
  2. Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and quality
  3. Engage with guests professionally, providing recommendations and personalized service
  4. Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and seasonal specialties
  5. Ensure bar mise en place is prepared before service
  6. Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
  8. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  9. Verify guest age requirements in compliance with local regulations
  10. Process guest orders accurately through the POS system
  11. Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
  12. Support cost control by minimizing waste and breakage
