Job Introduction

Experience bartending in a fast‑paced environment is required. This role will serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, manage tills, and support bar operations on matchdays at Millwall Football Club – the Den, founded in 1885.

Opportunity to work at other Sodexo Live! sites.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and responsibly
• Operate tills and handle payments accurately
• Re-stock bar products, glassware, and consumables throughout service
• Support with queue management and customer flow during peak periods
• Ensure all customers receive a friendly, welcoming, and professional experience
• Report any issues, incidents, or stock shortages to supervisors or management
