Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and skilled Bartender to prepare and serve quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will maintain a clean and organized bar, manage stock responsibly, and ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including recommending drinks and upselling menu items
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area
- Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system
- Monitor responsible alcohol service and verify customers' age where required
- Assist with inventory counts and minimize stock wastage
- Work closely with the bar and service team to ensure smooth daily operations
