Job Description
Take a lead role in the Before and Afterschool Program as the BAS Designate Supervisor. This position allows you to directly impact children's education while guiding staff support and operational integrity.
As a Designate, you will oversee the program's daily functioning, assuming supervisory responsibilities when the Supervisor is unavailable. Your role includes direct interaction as an Educator and ensuring adherence to licensing standards and best practices. Strong interpersonal skills will foster a thriving atmosphere for children and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe outdoor play through daily checks
• Monitor staff attendance for accurate records
• Review program plans to balance activity offerings
• Supervise children during bus arrivals and pick-ups
