Battery Management Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled BMS HIL Test Engineer with experience in Battery Management Systems, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, and automotive embedded systems.The candidate will be responsible for validating BMS functionalities using HIL platforms, developing automated test cases, and supporting ECU integration activities for EV/Hybrid vehicle applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute HIL test cases for Battery Management System (BMS) validation.Perform functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing of BMS ECUs.Work on HIL platforms such as dSPACE, Vector, NI, or ETAS for real-time simulation and testing.Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, CAPL, MATLAB/Simulink, or AutomationDesk.Validate BMS functionalities including cell balancing, SOC, SOH, thermal management, charging, and fault diagnostics.Integrate plant models and perform closed-loop testing for battery systems.Analyze test results, debug issues, and support root cause analys...
