Profile & Qualifications
- More than 3 years experience in construction (high / low)
- Secondary school education
- Good German (oral and written) from A2
- Hands‑on craft skills
- Good physical condition, reliability and flexibility
- Valid driving licence category B and a vehicle
- No fear of heights (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, formwork, and shift work independently
- Carry out tasks assigned by the foreman
- Clean up and organise tools after work
