Position Summary:

Under the direction ofGeneralManager, the Bauer Sales Leaderisresponsible forevolving and executing Sales strategy and growth initiatives of Bauer EMEAbusiness.TheSalesLeaderwilllead his team indeveloping CRM strategies,establishingstrong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs.The focusof the roleis toacquirenew businesses and secure ongoing growth of sales orders.This role can be performed remotely.

Major Responsibilities:

  • DirectsAccount Managerswhointerface daily withEnd Users,Direct OEM’s and referred OEM’s,Distributors/channel partners

  • Performance Management of the team, coaches, trains, and developshisgroup of sellers. Manage each seller’s disciplined selling processes toattainquota: Purposeful account planning, Time and territory management and Funnel opportunity management/CRMproficiency.
