Take the lead as the Director of Clinical Care and Residential Programs at Baycrest Terraces. Ensure exceptional, resident-centered clinical services and comprehensive care delivery.
This full-time position encompasses oversight of Assisted Living, Independent Supportive Living, and Memory Care programs. You will guide interdisciplinary teams towards achieving quality standards, enhance resident experiences, and drive operational success. This role is key in developing clinical structures in alignment with expansion initiatives to meet community needs.
