Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and ensure the quality of food production for the BBQ section Ensure the consistency and the quality of BBQ items served in the restaurant. Develops, designs, or creates new BBQ items. Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards. Maintains purchasing, receiving and food storage standards. Assists Executive Chef with all kitchen operations and preparation. Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Possess good BBQ Production knowledge and skills will be an advantage Highly motivated and good team player Able to work independently
