Job Description
Responsible for ensuring that CBG Motor Team (New and Renewal Business) targets in insurance premiums, commission, profitability, penetration and persistency are met through the implementation of business development initiatives, marketing programs, and processes/procedures from quotation/proposal generation, placements, booking, client servicing and administration of CBG accounts (Auto Loans); while ensuring that bank risks are covered at all times.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Coordinate with insurers in accrediting them to the CBG program; enhancing existing packages and obtaining best possible rates and benefits for new ones; ensuring that SLA in service delivery is met
- Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with bank counterparts to broker services and solutions for the existing base and other untapped base/s; as applicable; understand and help find solutions to service issues
