- Provide professional massage, facial, and wellness treatments to customers
- Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable therapies and skincare treatments
- Perform services such as body massage, aromatherapy, Tui Na, foot reflexology, and basic facial treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment areas
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build good client relationships
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in massage, beauty, or wellness industry (training can be provided)
- Knowledge of basic massage techniques, pressure points, and skincare treatments
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
