Job Description

What you´ll get to do

• Ensure a unique and unforgettable shopping experience at all times, ensuring the achievement of established Sell Out objectives, monitoring KPIs, and other indicators and store traffic metrics.

• Promote cross-selling and upselling, striving to exceed objectives and ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer experience.

• Have a deep knowledge of all products in the assigned range and stay updated at all times.

• Narrate the stories and values of each of our brands. Stay informed about our industry and competition.

• Ensure customer loyalty by collecting their information through appropriate tools and building a long-term relationship with them.

• Participate in regular store meetings and contribute to implementing a winning action plan.

• Manage all special events, including collection launches, customer events, counter/store animations, podiums, sales events, and center events, etc....
