Beauty Advisor maximizes product sales by providing personalized skincare, makeup, and fragrance recommendations to customers. Key duties include demonstrating product application, maintaining store displays, achieving sales targets, and offering expert advice to build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs, skin type, and preferences, and offer tailored product recommendations.
• Apply makeup and skincare products to showcase techniques, color matching, and proper usage.
• Actively promote products, cross-sell (e.g., matching a skincare routine with makeup), and achieve individual and team sales quotas.
• Restock shelves, maintain clean tester stations, and ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.
• Stay updated on product ingredients, benefits, and new launches, and participate in brand training.
