The Role
You will support Senior Account Executives working with international Health & Benefits clients, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and client-driven environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the management of Life & Accident group plans, Medical plans, and Business Travel insuranceAssisting with administrative, technical, and client-facing activities throughout the life cycle of insurance policiesCollaborating with insurers to ensure efficient policy renewals and adjustmentsContributing to internal processes, including client servicing, reporting, and compliance tasksBuilding a solid foundation to grow within WTW and progress towards a Junior Health & Benefits Account Executive role.
