**Job Overview**
We are **urgently hiring Behavior Aides** to support students with special needs in **school-based K-12 settings** . The Behavior Aide works directly in classrooms alongside **teachers, special education staff, and behavior specialists** to support academic, social, and behavioral success.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience as a **Behavior Aide, Behavior Technician, ABA Technician, Behavioral Assistant, or Paraprofessional** who are seeking consistent schedules and meaningful work in schools.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide **1:1 and small-group behavioral support** in classroom settings
