As a Behavior Support Specialist, your primary aim will be to ensure a supportive environment by developing behavioral support plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Your position includes traveling to multiple TCU locations to provide direct patient support, communicating effectively with families, and documenting all interventions accurately in electronic health records.
