They contribute to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes that are aligned with business objectives and enhance the employee experience. The role requires a proactive and collaborative approach, working across teams to ensure reward practices are competitive, compliant, and effectively communicated.
Accountabilities 
Reward and Benefit Analysis: Conduct analysis of internal equity, market competitiveness, and emerging trends to ensure LRQA’s reward offerings remain attractive, fair, and aligned with business strategy.
