Responsibilities

Builds strong relationships with plan providers, ensuring the successful transmission/receipt of vendor interface files and necessary correction action for records with errors.

As the primary point of contact for complex escalated benefit issues, responds to benefit inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.

Proactively identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and increase employee engagement.

Assists in the design and execution of controls to ensure process oversight (e.g., review of vendor reporting, reconciliation of claims and payment data, reports on processes for audit purposes, etc.).

Responsible for ensuring program compliance (e.g., nondiscrimination testing, ACA reporting, etc.).
