Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of debit order collections, ensuring accurate authentication processes and continuously monitoring performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and test collection tracking methods and payday strategies, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement strategies to reduce transaction costs and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with payment requirements, as well as all relevant rules, directives, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Data, Credit Risk, IT, Operations, and Finance, to enhance collections performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify, define, recommend, and implement enhancements to systems, tools, and processes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
