Management of the Bid Management Process
- Liaison with sales, solutions and sales analytics to maintain a pipeline of current and upcoming opportunities at stage 1-2 with proposal and bid requirements. Analysis of the opportunity landscape per geography, solution line or similar to uncover potential opportunities.
- Ensure adequate positioning and presales work is carried out on opportunities requiring bid support, identifying key customer needs and positioning win themes within the submitted content.
- Ensure individual bid opportunities adhere to Strada’s qualification standards, playbook and opportunity compliance milestones.
- Ensure the Strada solutions is clearly mapped and communicated against the customer needs, all the time ensuring that Strada (and external or partner) compliance standards are maintained.
