Bid Manager

Job Description:

Mastek is seeking an experienced and proficient candidate to lead end-to-end bid and proposal management for opportunities in the US region , working from our India offshore location. This role involves managing complex, multi-stakeholder bids (RFI/RFP/RFQ/EOI), coordinating virtual bid teams across geographies, and ensuring the timely submission of compelling, compliant, and high-quality proposals that maximize win probability.

The Bid Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to shape winning strategies, develop value propositions, and maintain a high standard of proposal content tailored to US clients and markets.
