What You Will Do
As a Bid Manager in the Alternative Projects Center of Expertise (APEX) team at Pomerleau Construction, you will lead estimating and proposal teams in developing highly competitive bids while keeping client needs front of mind. You will support projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion, collaborating with management, external consultants, and joint‑venture partners to develop a winning proposal strategy.
- Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team to develop strategies for winning complex P3, Design‑Build, and other alternative contracting model projects.
- Lead the management of design, technical writing, estimating, construction, scheduling, risk, and commercial teams throughout the bid process.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain the proposal budget with support from management and engineering partners.
- Prepare, monitor, and maintain the proposal schedule with assistance from the scheduling team.
