Our client is a Internaitoanl Power Transmission EPC who are actively growing in the region.


They requires a Bid & Proposals Manager who will be responsible for the development, execution, and management of the organization’s tender processes, aiming for peak efficiency, top- tier quality, service excellence, and optimal profitability. Collaborating closely with sales specialists, engineering, and operations teams, your focus will be on aligning tendering activities with the organizational strategy to drive direct business growth.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or electronic fields is mandatory.

  • Preferred minimum of 10+ years’ relevant experience in bids and proposals.

  • Essential knowledge of High Voltage & Power Transmission

  • Preferably, an understanding of power electronics applications and automation systems.
