DHL Express is looking for a Bilingual Business Development Representative to join their team in Lachine, Quebec. This is a Canada-wide B2B sales role with no limits on industry, focused on qualifying prospects, promoting DHL Express services, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Qualify prospects via telephone, email, and online platforms using CRM tools
- Promote DHL Express services to new and existing clients
- Act as the client's primary point of contact for queries and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal departments on lead initiatives
- Re-activate, onboard, and manage small-sized business accounts
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales channels
- Utilize commercial tools to maximize revenue growth and manage pipeline
- Work with supervisor regularly for feedback and development
