Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Markham, ON (English/French)

Adecco Professional Staffing is currently partnering with an established client looking to find top bilingual talent for this role.

Key details:

• Location: Markham, ON
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm (no evenings or weekends)
• Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in‑office
• Contract: 1 year temporary with high potential to extend or become permanent
• No sales activities

Responsibilities

• Respond to varied volumes of incoming calls in a qualified and diligent manner, in both English and French
• Answer questions, inquiries and deal with problems/issues in a positive and time‑sensitive way
• Process customer orders in an order entry system; assist customers in walking through online orders steps/process where applicable
