About the Role

Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Markham, ON. Temporary for 1 year with potential extension. Work Monday‑Friday 8:30AM–5:00PM, hybrid (2 remote, 3 in‑office).

Responsibilities

  • Answer over the phone and via email/chat in English and French.
  • Handle varied volumes of incoming calls professionally.
  • Assist customers with online order steps and process orders in the order entry system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to support retention and growth.
  • Work with a mix of business professionals, consumers, and retailers.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or corporate setting with high volumes.
