Customer Service Representative

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Languages: Bilingual French and English (verbal and written) required.
  • Computer skills: Intermediate proficiency; must work with multiple systems concurrently, using multiple monitors.
  • CRM experience: SAP, C4C (SAP Cloud), or other CRM tool preferred.

  • Process customer purchase orders, resolve order‑related issues, and handle internal and external customer inquiries.
