Customer Service Representative

Candidate Requirements
- Education: High School diploma required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Languages: Bilingual French and English (verbal and written) required.
- Computer skills: Intermediate proficiency; must work with multiple systems concurrently, using multiple monitors.
- CRM experience: SAP, C4C (SAP Cloud), or other CRM tool preferred.
