Important: This is an on-site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses.
A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.
Requirements- Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
- 12 or more months of call center experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Full-time availability
- Valid Mexican documents
- Assist clients with general inquiries related to their car insurance policies.
- Provide friendly and efficient support, helping customers understand their coverage.
- Answer questions and offer solutions to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
