Important: This is an on-site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses.

A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
  • 12 or more months of call center experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Full-time availability
  • Valid Mexican documents
