In this critical role, you will be the heartbeat of our freight movement, coordinating logistics across our network to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-effective freight movement, service standards, and on-time performance. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, operational role where no two days look the same. Because our network runs 24/7, you’ll need the flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Central Dispatch in executing and coordinating freight movement across the network to service terminals efficiently.
• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, consistently answering phones to provide hook-up information, departure times, delay updates, and operational support.
