As a Bilingual Early Talent Recruiter you will shape the future workforce by attracting and hiring top student and new graduate talent across Canada. You will partner with Personal and Commercial Banking leaders to execute full‑cycle campus recruitment, build pipelines, and promote RBC as a top employer.
What will you do?
- Lead student recruitment activities, including sourcing, student experience, and conversions.
- Use data‑driven approaches to build proactive pipelines for each placement term through events, information sessions, and other initiatives.
