Job Description

A day in the life of a Bilingual Partner Support Representative:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our Partners experience consistent quality.
  • Address Partner inquiries and requests via inbound calls and emails with prompt and effective responses.
  • Engage with Partners through probing questions to thoroughly understand and address their specific needs.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between our Partners and various departments at LendCare.
  • Take accountability to solve partner issues from beginning to end.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of LendCare’s services.

What we are looking for
