We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a contract position based in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our program support team, ensuring seamless communication and administrative efficiency.
As the primary point of contact, you will assist a diverse group of users while maintaining high data integrity and resolving technical issues.
