Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Helpdesk Support professional with strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting desktop applications, VPNs, networking, and remote support tools, along with a solid understanding of Active Directory and ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktop applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Apple, and Google products.
  • Troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues and support wireless router configurations.
  • Assist users with internet connectivity and remote access problems.
  • Support password reset tools and Active Directory-related issues.
  • Use remote control tools (e.g., Bomgar, LogMeIn, TeamViewer) to resolve user issues.
