The Legal Intake Specialist supports the mission and goals of Legal One Law by providing exceptional service to potential clients, vendors and internal customers.
The role involves appropriately responding to telephone calls and other methods of contact to empathetically assess the potential client’s unique situation and to highlight the professional services Legal One Law can provide to support their legal journey.
