Our client is a respected, mission-driven nonprofit organization supporting individuals and families across the greater Los Angeles area. As a small and closely connected team, each role contributes meaningfully to the organizations ability to provide valuable services and support to the community. Our client is looking for a Bilingual Program Services Manager to lead and manage community-facing direct service programs. This role centers on three key service areas: the 800 Helpline, programs for individuals and families, and community education. Because many services are delivered in both Spanish and English, bilingual fluency is required. The position reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the boards Program Committee to create and carry out the annual plan for programs and services.
