Overview

Join the Bell Business Markets team as a Technical Solution Integration specialist. Focus on contact centre solutions (CCaaS) and related technologies across enterprise‑scale customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in development and/or configuration of contact centre solutions (CCaaS), including NLU/NLP, conversational AI bots, WFM, WFO, and Self Service IVR with call routing technologies.
  • Collaborate on projects, guided to deliver/migrate technical solutions.
  • Attend meetings with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Perform functional and technical analysis to define target solutions.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry best practices, market trends, and identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and automation.
