We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions. This role requires a strong sourcing background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR teams to develop hiring strategies
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
