  • Coordinate daily operations in the Rydoo expense management system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee expense claims.
  • Review, validate, and approve/reject submitted expense reports according to company travel & expense policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on the correct use of Rydoo, company policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the liaison between Finance, HR, and employees for T&E-related inquiries.
  • Monitor compliance with internal T&E policies and elevate issues as necessary.
