CapIntel is seeking a bilingual Technical Support Representative to assist customers in Toronto for their wealth management platform. This hybrid role focuses on delivering exceptional support in both English and French. In this role, you will engage directly with users, responding to inquiries via Zendesk and ensuring prompt resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through Zendesk
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams
- Participate in product and service training
- Record issues and resolutions in Jira
- Create content for the help center
Qualifications
- Proficient in French and English
- Experience in customer support or onboarding
- Resourceful troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Zendesk
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
