Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate billing records and update customer accounts in the system.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of invoices and billing statements.
- Perform financial analysis to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the finance team in cash accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment statuses.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a billing or accounting role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in SAP and accounting software; strong financial management and analysis skills
