Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Prepare and issue billing packs on a timely basis (weekly targets)
  • Ensure high accuracy in billing for both existing and new clients
  • Process billing adjustments, new business and renewal billing
  • Manage and respond to client billing enquiries within agreed timelines
  • Investigate and resolve complex billing issues involving insurers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain strong client relationships by delivering clear communication and reliable support
  • Ensure minimal client complaints through high service quality and responsiveness

New Business & Onboarding

  • Verify onboarding documents with Sales/Renewal teams to ensure data accuracy

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Monitor billing turnaround time and ensure invoices are issued within SLA
