Billing Specialist

Position Summary

The Billing Specialist supports the accurate and timely billing of project-related services at CoreX Corp. This role is responsible for preparing invoices tied to various professional managed and support services, ensuring alignment with executed Statements of Work (SOWs), approved milestones, and time-and-materials.

This role is well-suited for an individual eager to build a foundation in project accounting within a professional services organization. The successful candidate must be diligent, highly organized, and an excellent communicator, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
