Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and monitor Statements of Account (SOA) for property owners
  • Issue official receipts and maintain proper documentation
  • Handle daily collection reports and deposits (cash & checks)
  • Send collection notices and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Assist in billing, collection, and financial-related tasks
  • Prepare monthly reports (delinquent accounts & collection summary)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in billing and collection is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
  • Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
