Job Description

We currently have a full-time position available for a Billing Systems Analyst on our Accounting team. This role will be located in our office. Reporting to the Billing Manager, this role combines expertise in billing operations with process and system analysis skills. This role involves validating billing data, performing system testing, managing defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance billing accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The analyst ensures that system upgrades, enhancements, and new software features are rigorously tested and issues are resolved promptly to minimize disruption to financial operations.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze and evaluate existing billing systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy 

In collaboration with the Senior Billing Analyst, identify, document, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or related defect tracking systems
