Bim architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Chennai or Mumbai. You will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models in Revit, developing architectural drawings and construction drawings, and preparing submittals for a wide variety of projects. Examples are large private luxury estates, office buildings, commercial high end spaces.... Daily tasks will include collaborating with project teams, render teams, and external consultants - ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of design documentation.

Qualifications

Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Proficiency in creating Architectural and Construction Drawings Experience in preparing and managing Submittals Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work on-site in Chennai or Mumbai Bachelor's degree in Architecture Experience with international projects is a plus
