Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator specialising in Laboratory and Process Gas Systems to lead 3D modelling, coordination, and technical documentation of high-purity gas and lab utility systems, ensuring clash-free, compliant models for the Industrial and Research Centre. Responsibilities Create, develop, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for process gas piping, valve manifold boxes, gas cabinets, and specialized lab utility routes using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Lead spatial coordination by running clash detection reports and resolving interferences with structural, HVAC, electrical containment, and MEP services through collaboration with project teams.
