BIM Coordinator

A49 is currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our Toronto office. Reporting to a Project Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining and aiding in the development of BIM standards and automation across the business, including creating templates, shared parameters, families, and automation workflows inside Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Forma. The role will work hands‑on with designers and architects throughout the project, providing support, guidance, and making changes as needed. Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Forma experience are required. The BIM Coordinator will also handle quality control and work with the Canadian leadership team on strategic initiatives.

Applicants must live in or be willing to relocate to the Toronto area.

• Implement national governance structure, approach, and strategy around BIM (Revit, etc.) content in parallel with global and other national programs.
